Its home to five pools; an outdoor 25m Pool, Indoor 25m Pool, Hydrotherapy Pool, 2 spas, a toddler pool with a feature play slide and a sauna.

About the roleAs a Duty Manager at Ashburton Pool and Recreation Centre, you will have delegated authority of the Centre Manager, and will maintain a broad knowledge of centre programs and services whilst at the same time managing a range of centre functions whilst on shift which may include;Maintaining a focus on 'Big Picture' issues Centre wideMaintain a working knowledge and understanding of Centre's Emergency Action PlanWorking autonomously as well as being an active leaderThis is a casual position and the hourly rate is up to $***** + superannuation + Y benefits.About youAs a Duty Manager you will act as positive role model in an effort to build solid people, strong families and strong communities, as well as identifying potential risk factors and taking steps to reduce those risks.
