As dispatch administrator, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth communications between warehouse staff, delivery drivers and end-customers.

What You'll Do: Plan and coordinate daily dispatch schedules using Dynamics 365 and MacShip Oversee deliveries locally and interstate (NSW, VIC etc).




Prepare and process relevant shipping documentation Maintain accuracy of dispatch records and customer information Communication with delivery providers and drivers to resolve route or scheduling issues Booking deliveries through 3rd Party transport companies Work in tandem with the warehouse team to ensure productive dispatch of product.
Analysis of dispatching issues to assist with ongoing improvement in delivery timeframes.
Handling phone/email enquiries with other internal staff and customers.
What We're Looking For: Experience using Microsoft Dynamics 365 & MacShip highly regarded Experience in transporting Dangerous Goods highly regarded Knowledge of interstate dispatch and QLD/NSW Metro areas highly regarded.
