We are seeking an experienced Senior Cloud Engineer / Cloud Technical Lead to deliver secure cloud solutions across AWS and Microsoft Azure within a complex enterprise workplace.
This is a hands-on role covering cloud platform engineering, automation, DevSecOps, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud uplift initiatives.
You will act as a technical SME, support engineering best practices, and collaborate with architects, security teams and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:• Design, build and support AWS and Azure cloud infrastructure• Develop Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and automation solutions• Build and improve CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps / GitOps practices• Embed cloud security,



compliance and governance controls• Troubleshoot complex cloud platform issues and drive improvements• Provide technical leadership, mentoring and knowledge sharing
Required Experience:• 5+ years' Cloud Engineering / Platform Engineering / DevOps experience• Strong hands-on AWS and Microsoft Azure experience• Experience with IaC tools (Terraform, Bicep, ARM, CloudFormation or similar)• Strong CI/CD, automation and DevSecOps experience• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
Highly regarded:• Federal Government or regulated environment experience• Cloud optimisation / FinOps experience• AWS / Azure certifications
Australian Citizenship is mandatory.
