We're working with a major engineering project and are looking to speak with experienced Contract Managers who have a solid background in pre-award, tendering and contract formation on large EPC or infrastructure projects.
This is a hands-on role where you'll lead the commercial delivery of major contract packages, working closely with engineering and project teams from tender through to contract administration.
The Role You'll be responsible for:
Leading the tendering, evaluation and award of major contract packages Preparing, reviewing and negotiating commercial and contractual documentation Managing contract administration throughout project delivery Developing contract strategies and supporting commercial negotiations Managing variations, claims, budgets and commercial risk Working closely with engineering and project delivery teams to achieve successful project outcomes Ensuring compliance with contractual,



legal and company requirements About You You'll bring: 10+ years' experience managing contracts on major EPC, construction or infrastructure projects Strong experience in tendering, contract formation and pre-award activities Excellent commercial writing and contract drafting skills Experience managing variations, claims and contract risk The ability to build strong relationships with project teams and stakeholders Tertiary qualifications in Business, Engineering, Law or a related discipline (preferred) If you're interested in finding out more, apply via LinkedIn or send me a message for a confidential discussion.Additional information
