We are seeking a motivated and experienced Road Construction & Maintenance Team Leader to lead a small civil works crew responsible for the delivery of road construction and maintenance services throughout the district.

supervise and support a small civil works team Coordinate daily work activities and resources Deliver road construction and maintenance projects Ensure compliance with WHS requirements Coach and mentor employees Maintain records and operational documentation Promote a positive and productive team culture About You You will be an experienced civil works professional who enjoys leading from the front.
To be successful, you will demonstrate: Experience in road construction and maintenance Proven leadership or supervisory experience Strong communication and organisational skills Commitment to safety and quality outcomes Ability to coordinate staff, plant and equipment resources Applications are encouraged from experienced: Team Leaders Leading Hands Supervisors Senior civil construction operators looking to step into leadership Grader operation experience will be highly regarded.
