We're seeking an enthusiastic and organised Junior Property Manager to manage a growing residential portfolio.
This is the perfect prospect for an Assistant Property Manager or Junior Property Manager ready to step into their own portfolio while receivingongoing support, training and career development.
You'll begin with a manageable portfolio and have the opportunity to grow alongside the business.
The role
Manage a residential portfolio of approximately***** properties
Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants
Coordinate maintenance requests, repairs and lease renewals
Conduct routine inspections and prepare detailed reports
Monitor arrears, tenancy compliance and property documentation
Deliver exceptional customer service and proactive communication

A strong candidate looks like:
Previous experience as an Assistant Property Manager or Junior Property Manager
Current QLD Certificate of Registration
Strong organisational and communication skills
High attention to detail and excellent time management
Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
Positive, proactive attitude with a passion for Property Management
