About the role:
We are seeking an experiencedEscalator and Elevator Technicianto join ourMelbourne CBD.Reporting to the Service Manager, you will be responsible for minimising breakdowns and ensuring that allescalators perform to customer expectations.
This role is predominantly focused on maintaining Escalator products, however, experience maintaining lifts is also beneficial.

Key Accountabilities:
Carrying outregular maintenance
Answerall calls promptlyand provide anaccurate ETA, in accordance with response terms
Ensure that an appropriate person on site iskept informed of the arrival, departure,and status of the escalator
In accordance with established proceduresbe able to shut down an escalatorwhich is regarded as unsafe and unable to be made to function properly
Propose material alterations where it is felt the performance of the escalator can be improved by doing so
What we are looking for:
A currentelectrical license
A current driver's license
Outstanding communication skills and customer service etiquette




Excellent organisation skills, with the ability to work under pressure
An uncompromising commitment to quality workmanship and safety policies and procedures
