What You'll Be Doing
Run a full 360 recruitment desk across a specialist vertical
Manage and grow relationships with existing clients
Proactively develop new business through consultative business development
Source, engage, and represent high-quality candidates
Attend industry networking events and client meetings
Collaborate with experienced consultants to share talent and insight
Place across both permanent and temporary/contract roles as part of a dual desk model
Who We're Looking For
Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience in an agency setting
Degree qualification (required for sponsorship)
Proven experience building and managing client relationships
Strong commercial acumen and a drive to deliver results
A team-oriented, professional approach with high ethical standards
Working Holiday Visa holders with recruitment experience are encouraged to apply
Sponsorship available for experienced recruiters who meet eligibility criteria
