As we continue to expand, we are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented warehouse associate to join our team.
Responsibilities
Manage warehouse operations efficiently including: stocktake, stock management, ordering, forecasting, and purchasing
Provide excellent customer service via phone, email, and live chat
Use Shopify to process and manage orders accurately
Coordinate freight and logistics management
Ensure proper cleaning and sterilising of equipment
Collaborate effectively with remote teams
Assist with product assembly and order delivery
Conduct pick and pack of orders
Operate Walkie Stacker equipment safely and effectively.




Position Requirements
Prior warehouse and customer service experience
High level of experience and proficiency with Outlook, Shopify, Asana, Google Suite, Microsoft Teams, and freight management software
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and workload
Working with children's check, Police check and NDIS screening check or willingness to obtain
