We're looking for an experienced Site Supervisor to lead the safe, effective and successful delivery of irrigation installation projects across regional Australia.
This is a hands‐on leadership role where you'll oversee site operations from start to finish, managing crews, coordinating contractors, and ensuring every project is completed safely, on time and to the highest standard.

About the Role
As a Site Supervisor, you'll be responsible for the day‐to‐day management of Irritek installation projects.
Working closely with the Operations Manager, you'll coordinate site activities, supervise crews, maintain quality and safety standards, and ensure projects are delivered efficiently while providing excellent service to our clients.
This position is ideal for someone with a strong background in civil construction who enjoys being on the ground, solving problems, leading teams, and delivering quality outcomes.
What You'll Bring
We're looking for someone who has:
A minimum of 3 years' on‐ground civil construction experience.
Practical experience in trade, labouring or machine operation on project sites.
Experience in site management and/or supervising civil projects.
Experience with project set out, concrete slab preparation, pipe laying and civil construction (highly desirable).
Construction or manufacturing trade qualifications,
or qualifications in Engineering or Construction Management (advantageous).
Experience working within high‐risk, safety‐focused environments.
Strong computer literacy, including the use of computers and handheld devices.
The ability to interpret and work from 3D project plans.
Excellent attention to detail with strong organisational skills.
Outstanding communication, teamwork, customer service and problem‐solving abilities.
Proven leadership experience with the ability to motivate and manage crews.
A current Driver's Licence, Construction White Card and High Risk Work Licence/Ticket.
Key Responsibilities
Your responsibilities will include:
Managing site crews and coordinating subcontractors.
Ensuring all personnel comply with WHS legislation and Irritek Safe Operating Procedures.
Maintaining PPE compliance across all project sites.
Conducting site inspections and identifying, assessing and mitigating potential hazards.
Setting out project sites, including levels, concrete slab preparation and safety zone signage.
Developing excavation plans alongside plant operators.
Managing onsite incidents in accordance with company incident response procedures.
Conducting daily toolbox meetings and communicating daily work plans.
Supervising tradespeople and labourers to ensure work is completed safely, efficiently and to specification.
Verifying that work methods and techniques are safe and compliant.
Coordinating project workloads with the Operations Manager.
Maintaining accurate site logs and attendance records.
Liaising professionally with project clients and stakeholders.
Coordinating deliveries of materials and supplies to project sites.
Completing daily safety documentation, reviewing crew timesheets, and maintaining daily and weekly project progress checklists.
Working Conditions
This role is based on Irritek project sites located on agricultural properties throughout regional New South Wales and Queensland, with exciting projects also emerging across the Northern Territory and Western Australia.
The successful applicant should enjoy working outdoors, travelling to project locations, and working within a close‐knit team workplace.
