About the Role
Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, you'll play a key role in supporting the employee lifecycle and day-to-day business operations.
From recruitment and onboarding to compliance coordination, training administration, and operational support - no two days will be the same.




Extensive experience in recruitment and onboarding processes is essential for this role.
A minimum of 5+ years of HR experience is required.
Australian work rights must be held at the time of application.
What You'll Be Doing
HR & People Coordination
Supporting recruitment activities including screening, interview coordination, and candidate communication
Preparing employment contracts, onboarding documentation, and HR correspondence
Maintaining employee records and HR systems
Assisting with policies, procedures, and HR administration
Supporting probation reviews and performance review processes
Coordinating employee onboarding and induction programs
Coordinate Workers Compensation and Return to Work responsibilities
