Position: Early Childhood Teacher
Employment Type: Full Time
Location: Mayfield Early Education Wulguru, Queensland
Salary: $70,000 – $80,000 per year + superannuation (commensurate with skillsand experience)

Key Responsibilities
Plan and implementplay-based kinder programs aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework(EYLF)
Lead a team ofpassionate Educators to deliver program
Support children'slearning, development, and wellbeing in a safe and inclusive environment
Contribute todocumentation, observations, and learning outcomes
Build positiverelationships with children, families, and team members




Maintain compliance withthe National Quality Framework and service policies
Work across operatinghours on a rotating roster between 6:30am – 6:30pm
Skills and Experience Required
Bachelor in Early Childhood Education and Care (ACECQAapproved qualification or equivalent)
Minimum 1 year of relevant experience working in an early childhood educationsetting.
Demonstrated knowledge of the EYLF, NQS, and Child Safe Standards
Robust communication and teamwork skills
Ability to contribute to a positive, compliant, and high-quality learningenvironment
Mandatory Requirements
Valid Working with Children Check / Blue Card
Child Protection training
First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certification (or willingness toobtain)
Food Safety training (or willingness to obtain)
