The Role – What You'll Be Doing
As a Senior Accountant in our Business Services & Tax team, you will:
Manage a portfolio of business and individual clients
Prepare and review financial statements and income tax returns
Apply and advise onDivision 7A, Capital Gains Tax (CGT) and Fringe Perks Tax (FBT)
Handle client queries directly and confidently
Review and finalise work prepared by others in consultation with the Partner
Maintain a robust client‐first mindset with a practical, commercial approach
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Minimum 4+ years' current experienceinTaxation & Business Services within a Public Practice environment
Strong experience managing client work end‐to‐end
Solid technical knowledge across business services and taxation
Confidence dealing directly with clients
A calm, organised and solutions‐focused approach
High attention to detail and pride in your work
Australian work rights are required for this position
CA/CPA/IPA qualification is required
Systems & Software




Experience with the following systems will be highly regarded:
Advanced level Xero experience is required
Minimum 2-3 years of advanced level Xero experience is required
Xero Practice Manager (XPM)
FYI Docs
