About the Opportunity
We are seeking a personable, organised and motivated Lawyer to join our fast-
growing team.
You will work with, and learn from an Accredited Wills and Estates
Specialist to help take this area of our business to the next level.
Your varied role will include:
Preparing applications for grants of probate and letters of administration
Correspondence and liaison with clients, beneficiaries, financial institutions and other organisations
Managing files from commencement to completion
Attending to enquiries from potential clients
Reviewing wills submitted via the online will-writing platform
Taking on bespoke estate planning matters, assisting with the administration of estates and estate litigation as Willed Law expands.
This position is Full-Time and based in Elsternwick, Victoria.
About You

It is essential that you have:
A willingness to learn and a positive,
can-do attitude, with excellent attention to detail and sound organisational skills
A desire to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Strong telephone skills and ability to communicate with various stakeholders
Some office or administrative experience
Admitted to legal practice in Victoria and/or immediately eligible to apply for a practicing certificate in Victoria
It is preferred that you have:
Experience in the legal industry
Experience in the areas of Wills and Estates will be highly considered
Knowledge or experience with Smokeball
Knowledge or experience with PEXA and the Supreme Court RedCrest Probate system
