This is afull-time positionbased at our Harristown location, where you will be at the heart of our customer experience.
In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service, driving sales, and building lasting relationships with our customers.

What you'll be doing -
Greeting customers warmly and providing knowledgeable advice about our products and services
Processing sales transactions accurately and efficiently,using point-of-sale systems
Identifying customer needs, recommending appropriate products to enhance their shopping experience
Maintaining a clean, organised, and visually appealing, retail environment
Handling customer enquiries, and resolving issues professionally and courteously
Achieving personal, and team sales targets, through excellent customer engagement
Restocking shelves and displays with merchandise
Supporting inventory management and stock control proceedures
Working collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth daily operations
Promoting special offers to customers
Forklift licenceis an advantage
What we're looking for -
Previous retail or customer service experience is advantageous
Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage customers effectively
Basic numeracy skillsfor handling cash and processing transactions
The ability to work as part of a team, and independently when required
Reliability and a professional attitude towards attendance and punctuality




Physical capabilityto stand for extended periods and lift merchandise
Flexibility to workretail hours, including some weekends, as required
A positive attitude and willingness to learn
Currentforklift licence and experience is an advantage
