About the Role:
We are seeking experiencedCasualRegistered Nursesto join our team in atravel between sitesrole across our aged care homes located throughout theNorthern Sydney Suburbs and Northern Beaches.
Various Shifts are available, providing flexibility to suit your schedule.
This role is ideal for a Registered Nurse who enjoys variety, is flexible with work locations, and is passionate about delivering exceptional resident care.
You will provide clinical support across multiple sites as required, helping to maintain high standards of care and ensuring continuity of clinical services.
You will provide high level clinical care to meet resident's individual care needs that will help enhance their quality of life.
This includes ensuring that our resident care and treatments are documented to meet regulatory requirements, communicating effectively with residents, medical practitioners, allied health professionals and relatives as well as providing leadership and supervision to other nursing staff.
Skills and Experience:
At least 2 years experience as an RN in Australia(Desirable)
A good understanding of contemporary aged care, clinical practice and clinical leadership in a residential setting.




Ability to problem solve, negotiate, mediate and resolve conflict.
Great communicate skills and confidence to lead and actively contribute to a team.
Strive for excellence in customer service and promote an environment of harmony and trust.
Demonstrated high level organisational and time management skills.
Excellent written documentation and assessment skills.
A valuable knowledge of the aged care accreditation standards.
Provide mentoring and supervision of PCW-DCs
Confident and experienced in supervision of other nursing staff
