We are currently looking for an experiencedSenior Service Advisorto join ourNissan, GWM & MahindraService team.
To succeed in this role, you'll need to have 2+ years experience as a Service Advisor, preferably at a dealership level.
Pentana and triage system experience will be highly regarded.
It's also important you have the following skills and attributes:
Valuable computer literacy
A sound understanding of vehicle servicing and repairs
Reliability and punctuality
High standards of professionalism and personal presentation
The ability to work in a team workplace




Great communication and customer service skills
Working in our Service Department, you will become the key link between our customers and Technicians, providing ongoing assistance and information to our valued customers at every stage of the servicing process.
