We are seeking an experiencedGeneral Managerto serve as the operational leader of our Australian business.
Working closely with the Managing Partner and Senior Leadership Team, you will ensure the business operates efficiently, profitably and with strong operational discipline.
You will oversee key areas including financial performance, systems, people & culture, governance and business operations, providing the structure and support that enables our leaders to focus on client outcomes, growth and team culture.

Key Responsibilities
Lead day-to-day operations, improving systems, processes and workflows to support efficiency, accountability and business performance.
Partner with the Managing Partner and APAC finance team to support financial performance, forecasting, profitability, billing and resource planning.
Identify opportunities to improve commercial outcomes, utilisation and operational efficiency.
Operational Leadership
Lead day-to-day operations, improving systems, processes and workflows to support efficiency, accountability and business performance.
Partner with the Managing Partner and APAC finance team to support financial performance, forecasting, profitability, billing and resource planning.
Identify opportunities to improve commercial outcomes, utilisation and operational efficiency.
People & Performance Processes




Lead people operations in partnership with Honner Senior Leadership Team + FINN's global HR team, including recruitment, onboarding, performance processes, learning and employee engagement.
Support leaders in building a high-performing culture and developing team capability.
Marketing Operations & Coordination (Agency)
Coordinate marketing activities, website, awards programs and thought leadership initiatives in partnership with FINN's global marketing team.
Legal & Compliance
Act as the internal liaison between the business and FINN's global legal, finance and compliance teams on governance, contracts, supplier management and risk matters.
Ensure the business maintains compliance with relevant policies, regulations and industry standards.
IT, Systems & AI Enablement
Partner with FINN's global IT team to support systems, technology operations and AI adoption.
Identify opportunities to improve productivity, collaboration and operational efficiency.
Leadership Partnership
Act as a trusted operational partner to the Managing Partner and Senior Leadership Team.
Own internal operations and provide the structure and support that enables leaders to focus on clients, growth, strategic priorities and culture.
About You
10+ years in agency, consulting, or professional services environments
Proven experience in a GM, COO, or senior operations leadership role
Strong commercial and financial management experience (P&L; ownership)
Experience overseeing HR, legal/compliance, IT and/or systems functions
