About The Opportunity
This is aLeading Handposition, not just another set of hands on the tools.
The primary purpose of this role is to take ownership of the site:



leading crews, mentoring the next generation of electricians, and keeping projects running smoothly from rough-in through to final completion.
Some of your responsibilities will include:
Leading on-site,running your own jobs, coordinating trades, materials and workflow from start to finish
Mentoring and developing apprentices and junior electricians, setting the standard for quality and safety
Owning timelines and quality control, keeping every site organised and on track
Executing hands-on electrical work across premium residential projects
Liaising professionally and confidently with builders, clients and suppliers
Travelling to work away when required by the job
About You
The successful candidate will have:
Minimum 5+ years of post-trade experience in residential electrical work
The confidence and presence tostep up, lead by example, and run a site,not just work on one
White Card and Full Driver's Licence
Own tools and professional presentation
Solid working knowledge of AS/NZS **** standards
NSW Electrical Licence highly regarded, not essential, as international licences will be considered
