About the Role
We're seeking an experienced Full Time Restaurant Manager to lead our restaurant team and oversee the day-to-day running of our dining operation — from opening to close.
You'll be responsible for delivering an outstanding dining experience for our members and guests while maintaining budget expectations and building a positive, high-performing team culture.
What You'll Be Doing
Overseeing daily front of house restaurant operations, including opening, service, and closing
Leading, training, and supervising the restaurant team
Coordinating large functions and events,



liaising with the Head Chef and Management Team
Developing and maintaining service standards and workflow improvements
Ensuring compliance with RSA, food hygiene, WHS, and club policies
Resolving customer feedback and complaints with professionalism
Supporting promotional events and working closely with all departments
Fostering a positive, inclusive, and safe workplace
What You'll Bring
Exceptional customer service, communication, and leadership skills
Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar restaurant management role
Current RSA and RSG
First Aid Certificate preferred
Approved Manager & RMLV desirable
Availability to work weekends and nights
A hands-on, team-first approach and a passion for hospitality
