About the Role
An experienced Technical Test Analyst is required to support a large-scale ICT Infrastructure program focused on networks, messaging, and voice/telephony systems.
You'll work closely with infrastructure engineers, solution architects, and project managers to ensure complex network infrastructure, messaging platforms, and telephony systems are thoroughly tested, secure, and ready for deployment.
This role is ideal for someone experienced in testing infrastructures, networks as well as applications
Key Responsibilities
Review and analyse complex ICT infrastructure functional and non-functional requirements across network, messaging, and telephony domains.
Conduct gap analysis, root cause analysis, and impact assessments.
Develop and maintain comprehensive test plans, test cases, and traceability matrices.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure test coverage and compliance.
Facilitate meetings, workshops, and technical presentations.




Produce test summary reports, defect logs, and quality assurance documentation.
Maintain and report work products in JIRA/Zephyr.
Skills and Experience
Proven testing experience across ICT infrastructure, networking and applications
Exposure to messaging and telephone systems
Strong experience with JIRA and Zephyr test management tools.
Experience working within the Health sector either directly or indirectly with hospitals and health related technologies
Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
ISTQB Certified Tester Foundation Level (CTFL) and/or Advanced Level Technical Test Analyst (CTAL-TTA).
Experience in large-scale government or health-sector ICT programs.
Strong collaboration skills across multidisciplinary technical teams.
