Delaware North Australia is hiring a full-time Meetings and Sales Executive to join our team at Mindil Beach Casino Resort in Darwin.
As a Meetings and Sales Executive, you will drive sales across conferences, meetings, and events while creating exceptional client experiences from enquiry through to event delivery.
In this role, you'll build lasting client relationships, identify new business opportunities, and work closely with operational teams to bring memorable events to life.

What will you do?
Generate new business opportunities across corporate, conference, and events markets
Prepare proposals, quotes, contracts, and event documentation
Conduct client meetings, site inspections, and follow-up sales activity
Coordinate meetings, conferences, weddings, and special events from enquiry to delivery
Partner with hotel, food and beverage, and operational teams to deliver seamless guest experiences
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and key stakeholders

About the Candidate
Demonstrated experience in event sales, hospitality sales, or event coordination
Proven ability to generate new business opportunities and convert enquiries into bookings
Experience coordinating conferences, meetings, corporate events, or special events
Strong communication, organisational, and customer service skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail
Professional, enthusiastic, and guest-focused approach with a passion for hospitality
