About the Role
About the Role
We're seeking support workers who are available for a mix of day shifts and sleepover shifts to assist NDIS participants in their homes and the community.
You'll be part of a caring, qualified team that values open communication, reliability, and teamwork.
Responsibilities include:
Providing personal care and daily living assistance
Supporting participants with complex behaviors and emotional regulation
Promoting independence, inclusion, and meaningful community participation
Maintaining accurate shift and incident documentation




Working collaboratively within a team setting to ensure consistent, high-quality support
Upholding NDIS and organizational standards of care and professionalism
About You

You're a caring, adaptable person who thrives on helping others.
You bring professionalism, patience, and empathy to every shift — especially when supporting people with complex needs.
To be successful, you'll have:
Experience supporting people with disabilities
Willingness to work day and sleepover shifts
A genuine interest in supporting participants withcomplex behaviors
Ability towork effectively within a team environment
CurrentNDIS Worker Screening CheckandBlue Card
CurrentFirst Aid & CPR Certificates
Cert 3 or equivalent qualification in disability services/individual support
Driver's License and reliable, insured vehicle
