Service & Maintenance Electrician - Sydney CBD / North Sydney
Location:Sydney CBD & North Sydney
Pay Rate:EBA Service Rates + Lots of OT + RDOs

We are a small but rapidly growing electrical company based in Sydney, currently expanding due to the successful award of multiple new service and maintenance contracts across commercial buildings in the CBD and North Sydney.
We're looking for a skilledService & Maintenance Electricianto join our team and grow with the business.
About the Role
This position focuses primarily onreactive and preventative maintenanceacross a range of commercial buildings.
You'll be working across sites in the Sydney CBD and North Sydney, responding to service calls, carrying out scheduled maintenance, and helping ensure electrical systems remain safe and operational.
Key Responsibilities
Carry outreactive electrical maintenanceand fault finding
Performpreventative maintenanceacross commercial sites
Diagnose and repair electrical faults efficiently
Complete testing, inspections,



and compliance checks
Liaise with building managers and clients on site
Maintain clear job documentation and reports
Requirements
NSW Electrical Licence
Experience incommercial service and maintenance
Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work independently and manage service jobs
Valid driver's licence

Night shifts / late afternoon shifts if wanted every now and then - Loading /penalty rates will apply
