The Opportunity
You will join a highly regarded Corporate team of approximately 45 lawyers, including seven Partners, Managing Associates and a Special Counsel, within a broader Corporate practice of approximately ****** professionals.
The team works on some of Australia's most significant transactions, advising leading companies, private equity sponsors and global organisations across a diverse range of industries.
Your experience may include:
Public and private M&A; transactions;
Equity capital markets;
Corporate advisory and governance matters;
Complex strategic transactions;
Advising leading Australian and international clients.
The team works across a broad range of sectors including mining, infrastructure, energy, financial services, healthcare, media, technology and retail.
About You
This opportunity is suited to a lawyer with approximately 5-7 years PQE who has developed strong Corporate/M&A; experience within a top-tier environment.
You will ideally have:
Experience from a leading Australian or international Corporate practice;
Strong exposure to sophisticated M&A; transactions;
Excellent technical skills and commercial judgement;
A collaborative approach and desire to continue developing.
