Strong digital-first and content-led focus with prior experience in handling content creation on the website and Marketing Channels.
Advertising / promotional agency experience is strongly preferred.
Excellent English communication skills (both verbal and written).
Clear, concise, and highly engaging writing skills.
Experience with Adobe Creative Suite.
Experience in using CMS systems such as AEM and WordPress.
Strong experience in AEM content approval workflows and publishing processes.
Robust experience in Authoring and managing pages using AEM.
Knowledge of the creative briefing process, working with graphic designers, and the revision process.
Experience with social media and SEO copy.
Knowledge of writing for commercials and promotional campaigns is an essential part of this role
Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders.
Good to have skills :
Adhere to things such as WCAG (accessibility), SEO, etc. and liaise with SMEs in the business to implement accordingly.
Proofreading & Quality Assurance.

Plan, develop, and produce marketing and advertising content for digital platforms, websites,



and promotional channels to support business and campaign objectives.
Create and publish written content for advertising, promotional campaigns, and commercial communications, ensuring consistency with brand and marketing strategies
Coordinate the production and delivery of marketing content, including copy development, reviews, revisions, and approvals within agreed timelines
Collaborate with designers, marketing teams, and stakeholders to support the development and execution of advertising and promotional initiatives
Manage, update, and maintain digital content management systems such as Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and WordPress
Creating content approval workflows and publishing in AEM
Authoring and managing pages using AEM
Develop and optimise SEO-compliant and social media content to improve audience reach, engagement, and visibility across digital channels
Ensure marketing content complies with website standards, accessibility requirements (WCAG), and digital best practices
Perform quality checks and proofreading to ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency prior to publication
