Based in the firm's modern Dandenong office, you'll work closely with one of the firm's experienced lawyers, playing a key role in delivering outstanding client service while supporting a busy and rewarding personal injury practice.

The Role:
Managing client liaison, both internally and externally
File management from commencement through to completion
Diary and inbox management
Preparing briefs, court documents and legal correspondence
Coordinating meetings, mediations and court hearings




Answering and managing incoming calls
Providing high-level administrative support to your lawyer
Assisting with the smooth day-to-day running of the practice
About You:
A minimum of 3 years' Personal Injury litigation experience (preferred)
Exceptional organisational and administrative skills
Outstanding communication and client service skills
Excellent attention to detail
Strong time management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
Professional telephone manner
The ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively within a team
Proficiency across the Microsoft Office Suite
