Daily Duties:
Working closely with your fellow Educators and Service Co-ordinator, you will enjoy;




Develop and maintain meaningful relationships with children, families, colleagues, and the service's community
Develop and implement an innovative early learning program reflective of current early years thinking and practice, and in accordance with the centre's philosophy and approach
Documenting children's learning and development
Actively contributing to the implementation and adoption of the Kingsford Early Learning Centre Group Curriculum
Room leader role expected to lead, mentor and guide a team of educators
Maintain a positive and constructive team environment
Work positively and constructively with team members, centre director and management team
Requirements:
Minimum 2–3 years' experience in early childhood education
At least 1 year proven track record experience in the relevant leadership role (preferred)
Full time working rights with no working hours restrictions, PR or citizen
Understanding of the National Quality Framework and EYLF with proven results
Leadership capability and confidence guiding a team
A dynamic personality, creativity and a clear passion for early childhood education
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A cooperative team player who loves and respects children in all their individuality and developmental stages
Commitment to excellence in early childhood
