Cafs is seeking an experienced Senior Men's Behaviour Change Practitioner to join our Family Safety team in Ballarat, VIC.
The role focuses on advanced case management, group facilitation and practice leadership within the Men's Behaviour Change Program to support family safety outcomes.
You will work with men who use violence, contribute to service quality and continuous improvement, and mentor less experienced practitioners.
A social work degree and MARAM knowledge are essential for this role.
