The Role
Our firm is seeking a motivated and capable Family Lawyer to join our energetic team.
You will work across a broad range of family law matters, including divorce and separation, parenting disputes, property settlements and wills and estates.
Key Responsibilities
Manage a diverse caseload of family law matters from initial consultation through to resolution using practice management systems such as LEAP.
Work closely with Principal Solicitors on complex matters, receiving guidance and contributing to case strategy.
Utilise RedView and LEAP to efficiently manage files, track matter progress, and maintain accurate client records
Provide clear, strategic legal advice tailored to client needs.




Draft court documents, affidavits, and correspondence.
Prepare and file documents through relevant court portals.
Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, and court proceedings
Maintain strong client relationships with a high standard of care and professionalism while ensuring timely communication and file management.
About You
Admitted to practice in New South Wales
Strong knowledge of Australian family law principles and procedures
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage competing priorities and work both independently and as part of a team
