We're seeking an experienced Principal Structural Engineer / Queensland Structural Team Lead to lead the continued growth of a highly respected multidisciplinary engineering consultancy throughout Queensland.
You'll become the recognised structural leader for the region, developing strong client relationships, winning new projects, mentoring engineers and building a high-performing structural team while being supported by an established multidisciplinary business with extensive technical resources already behind you.

What You'll Be Doing
Lead the continued growth of the Queensland structural business
Develop long-term relationships with clients, architects and industry partners
Secure new projects across the Queensland market
Build,



mentor and develop your own structural engineering teamProvide senior technical leadership, review and RPEQ sign-off
Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams across Australia and New Zealand
Help shape the long-term strategic direction of the Queensland business.
About You
You'll ideally possess:
Bachelor of Structural or Civil Engineering
CPEng highly regarded
Around 10+ years' experience within an Australian structural engineering consultancy
Proven experience leading projects and mentoring engineers
Strong client relationship and business development skills
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
A genuine desire to grow both a business and a team
