About The Opportunity
Reporting directly tosenior management, some of your responsibilities will include:
Developing and improvingHSE policies, procedures, and systems across all sites
Conducting risk assessments, hazard identifications, and site audits
Investigating incidentsand implementing corrective actions
Delivering training, toolbox talks, and inductions to staff and contractors
Managing HSE reportingand liaising with regulatory bodies
Mentoring junior staffand advising site leaders on best practice
About You
The successful candidate will have:
Tertiary qualificationin OHS, Environmental Management, or related discipline
Professional certificationsuch as CECA, COHSQA, or equivalent
2–5 years' HSE experience, ideally within construction
In-depth knowledgeof WHS legislation, including QLD-specific regulations
Proven experiencebuilding HSE management systems and risk assessments
Strong communication skillsacross all levels of a business
