About The Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Accounts Payable Officer to join our finance team on a full time basis.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring timely payments.
Key Responsibilities
Process high volumes of invoices with accuracy and efficiency
Match purchase orders and invoices
Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Respond to internal and external queries in a timely manner
Daily batch processing to confirm accuracy of processing prior to approval of batches
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
About You
Previous experience in an Accounts Payable or similar finance role preferred
Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
Excellent organisational and time management skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Strong communication skills and a customer-service mindset
Experience using accounting systems
Intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel
Committed to continuous improvement, innovation, and high-quality customer service
Ability to use initiative, exercise sound judgement, and resolve complex account issues
