Refocus on the Sunshine Coast is seeking a Foster Care Support Practitioner to join the Foster Care Services team and help provide secure, stable, and nurturing homes for children and young people.
In this role you will coordinate placements with Child Safety, match children with carers, support transitions, and advocate for culturally safe, trauma-informed care, working with families and schools.
A tertiary qualification in Social Work or related field is required, along with a Queensland Working
