This is a true hunter role where you'll spend your day connecting with business owners, directors and decision-makers across Australia, identifying opportunities and booking qualified appointments for our Senior Energy Consultants.

The Role
As the first point of contact with prospective clients, you'll play a vital role in generating quality sales opportunities for the wider team.
Your responsibilities will include:




Making 40+ outbound B2B calls each day
Prospecting new business opportunities across Australia
Speaking with business owners, directors and key decision-makers
Qualifying leads and booking appointments for Senior Energy Consultants
Building and maintaining a healthy sales pipeline
Updating and managing activity through the CRM system
Working closely with the sales team to maximise conversions
About You
You'll be someone who enjoys speaking with people, isn't afraid to pick up the phone, and is motivated by achieving results.
You'll ideally have:
Previous experience in outbound sales, lead generation, customer service or call centre environments
Confidence speaking with senior decision-makers
A resilient, positive and driven attitude
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
The ability to work towards KPIs and enjoy a target-driven environment
