The successfulApplication Support Software Engineerswill be offered an initial12-month contractwith2 x 12-month extension options, workingonsite in Canberra.
The successfulApplication Support Software Engineerswill play a key role in maintaining business-critical applications, resolving complex technical issues and ensuring the ongoing reliability and performance of Passport systems.
The successful Application Support Software Engineers will be responsible for, but not limited to:
Provide Level 2 and Level 3 application support.
Monitor system performance and availability.
Investigate and resolve technical issues.
Deploy software updates and patches.
Support project delivery and testing activities.
Maintain technical and operational documentation.
The successful Application Support Software Engineers will have experience in the following:




Demonstrated experience supporting enterprise applications.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Experience withPowerShellscripting and automation.
StrongSQLandT-SQLdatabase skills.
Knowledge ofITILservice management processes.
Experience supportingMicrosoft-basedenvironments.
