Smartgroup is seeking a Customer Service Consultant to join its NSW team in a high-volume inbound contact centre.
You will help customers with salary packaging, novated leasing and related applications, while maintaining accurate data and delivering timely responses.
The role offers a rotating roster, with hours from 8:30am to 6:30pm, Monday to Friday.
You will be part of a supportive leadership group and receive comprehensive training to develop your customer service and problem-solving skills
