Our client, a Federal Government entity who works to make energy consumers better off, now and in the future is looking for the services of aSenior Technical Business Analyst.
Key Duties and Responsivities
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to understand their drivers, goals and objectives, and effectively manage their requirements and expectations;
Elicit, document and gain approval of business processes and requirements;
Perform gap analysis to identify differences between current state and desired future state;
Perform options analysis to bridge identified gaps and present potential solutions for assessment and selection;
Translate business requirements to user stories, acceptance criteria, technical specifications and test cases.
Skills and Experience Required
Ability to support evidence-based decision-making and successful delivery of outcomes in complex and ambiguous environments;
Ability to elicit,



validate and manage business and technical requirements throughout the project lifecycle;
Ability to identify and manage risks and issues, coordinate testing activities and manage defects.
