Senior Analyst – Health, Safety & Injury Management (ANZ)
Brisbane | Hybrid | Meaningful, People-First Role
A Role Where You Actually Make a Difference
If you're passionate about helping people stay well, recover safely, and feel supported at work — this is one of those roles where your impact is genuinely felt.
You'll be joining a well-established, forward-thinking organisation that takes a proactive, people-first approach to health, safety and wellbeing.
This isn't a tick-the-box environment — it's a business that invests in early intervention, psychological safety and doing things the right way.
Here's what you can expect:
A hybrid working model that gives you flexibility and autonomy
A regional ANZ role with variety, ownership and real influence
A business that prioritises wellbeing, not just compliance
Strong support from leaders who value your expertise
The chance to partner closely with operations and HR, not sit on the sidelines
Exposure to diverse environments — no two days are the same
A culture built on collaboration, trust and continuous improvement
The Role
Working within the broader EHSS function, you'll take the lead across injury management, occupational health and psychosocial risk initiatives throughout Australia and New Zealand.
You'll be the go-to person for all things rehabilitation, return to work, and workforce health, partnering with leaders and teams to create safe, supportive and high-performing environments.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being hands-on, building relationships and influencing outcomes,

rather than sitting purely in policy or admin.
What You'll Be Doing
Supporting people through injury, recovery and return to work, ensuring sustainable outcomes
Driving early intervention and injury prevention strategies
Partnering with leaders to build psychologically safe workplaces
Supporting health monitoring, fitness for work and workplace wellbeing initiatives
Working closely with HR, operational teams and external providers
Identifying trends and helping the business continuously improve how it supports its people
About You
You're someone who genuinely cares about people and knows how to navigate the balance between health outcomes, business needs and legislation.
+
You'll likely bring:
Experience in injury management, occupational health or rehabilitation
A strong understanding of WHS and workers compensation frameworks
Confidence working with leaders, employees and external stakeholders
The ability to influence, coach and build trust across all levels
A practical, solutions-focused mindset
Comfort working across both operational and office environments
You might come from a background in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Rehab Counselling, Nursing, Psychology or similar — but most importantly, you bring the right mindset and experience.
The Practical Stuff
Hybrid role with a mix of site and office presence
Travel across Australia and New Zealand (including occasional overnight stays)
Prospect to be involved in critical incident response and meaningful workplace initiatives
