About the Role




You'll manage your own portfolio of business clients while working closely with our partners and management team.
Your work will include:
Preparing financial statements and tax returns
Providing taxation and business advice
Managing client relationships
Reviewing compliance work
Researching complex taxation issues
Assisting with tax planning strategies
Identifying opportunities to improve client outcomes
Supporting and mentoring junior team members
About You
We're looking for someone who:
Has at least 4 years' Australian public practice experience
Holds a Bachelor of Accounting (Australian qualification)
Is CA or CPA qualified (or close to completion)
Has strong technical taxation knowledge
Enjoys working directly with clients
Is proactive and enjoys continuous learning
Has experience with Xero (XPM and FYI experience highly regarded)
Wants to work in a firm that embraces innovation rather than resists it
