What You'll Do
Lead the day to day operation of the kitchen and set the standard for service
Prepare fresh, nutritious meals including texture modified diets
Deliver high quality bulk catering that meets resident and client expectations
Maintain food safety, quality and compliance across all kitchen operations
Coach,



support and motivate your team to achieve consistent results
Build positive relationships with residents, clients and site stakeholders
Skills and Experiences:
About You
Trade qualification in Commercial Cookery and Food Safety Supervisor Certificate
Proven experience leading a commercial kitchen with confidence
Strong knowledge of bulk catering and texture modified meals
Passion for developing teams and creating a positive kitchen culture
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to work independently
Current Police Check and Flu Vaccination, or willingness to obtain before commencement
