You'll have the prospect to shape seasonal menus, create exciting specials, lead functions and events, and mentor a team that's eager to learn and grow.Your responsibilities will include:Leading all day-to-day kitchen operationsInspiring, developing and mentoring a young kitchen teamDriving menu development, seasonal specials and event offeringsManaging food costs,



labour and kitchen performanceDelivering exceptional food quality and consistencyMaintaining high food safety and compliance standardsWorking closely with venue leadership to continue growing the food businessAbout youYou'll be a passionate leader who enjoys being on the tools and building a positive kitchen culture.To be successful you'll have:Minimum 2 years' experience as a Head Chef or in a similar leadership roleExperience leading high-volume kitchen operationsStrong commercial acumen and understanding of food and labour costsA passion for coaching and developing kitchen teamsExcellent organisational and communication skillsA creative mindset with the ability to introduce fresh ideas and seasonal innovationWhy join us?
