Key Responsibilities
Complex cardiac care - Provide specialised support for patients recovering from advanced cardiac and thoracic procedures
High acuity nursing - Deliver safe, precise and compassionate care in a fast paced clinical setting
Team based practice - Work closely with a skilled multidisciplinary team built on communication and collaboration
Advanced clinical skills - Strengthen your capability while managing complex and evolving patient needs
Family-centred support - Guide patients and families through critical stages of recovery with empathy and clarity
Qualifications & Requirements
Cardiology experience - Recent exposure to cardiology, cardiothoracic or acute care environments
Strong communication - Build trust and collaborate effectively with patients, families and colleagues
Critical thinking - Apply sound judgement in dynamic, high acuity situations
Evidence based practice - Commit to continuous improvement and high clinical standards
Cooperative mindset - Contribute meaningfully to a team dedicated to exceptional patient care
