Your new role
As a Facilities Manager, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of building operations and services across a defined portfolio.
Key responsibilities
Managing the operation and maintenance of base building services, including HVAC, electrical, hydraulic, fire, security, lifts, and cleaning services
Coordinating preventative and reactive maintenance programs to minimise downtime and risk
Overseeing contractors, ensuring service delivery meets agreed standards and contractual obligations
Managing CAPEX works and supporting asset lifecycle planning
Monitoring budgets, expenses, and financial reporting across facilities operations
Ensuring compliance with all relevant building regulations, WHS requirements, and safety standards
Managing after-hours issues and responding to incidents or outages as required
Building solid relationships with internal stakeholders, tenants,



and service providers
What you'll need to succeed
Demonstrated experience in Facilities Management
Ideally relevant trade background
Strong understanding of building services, maintenance, and compliance requirements
Proven experience managing contractors and service agreements
Sound financial acumen with experience managing operational and CAPEX budgets
Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
A proactive, self-starting approach with the ability to work autonomously
Commitment to safety, risk management, and high service delivery standards
