This customer-facing role positions you as a subject matter expert supporting sales, marketing, and clinical teams.
Ideal for an experienced Radiographer or Modality Lead looking to transition into a corporate career.
Your role:
Develop and deliver marketing materials, customer presentations, and tender responses
Act as the subject matter expert, educating internal teams and customers on product benefits
Support sales activities through product demonstrations (virtual and in-person)
Maintain strong customer relationships and follow up on promotional activities
Provide expert clinical/application support, including troubleshooting complex issues
Support new product launches and contribute to product improvement feedback
Develop case studies, imaging content, and demonstration portfolios
Collaborate with teams to support tenders, marketing strategies, and clinical adoption
Mentor and upskill team members while maintaining advanced clinical expertise
About you:




Degree qualified in medical imaging or similar
Clinical experience in Cardiology, Interventional, Angiography and Surgery
Strong knowledge of angiography systems, cardiac catheter labs, and haemodynamic monitoring
Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving ability with a customer-focused mindset
Ability to travel regularly across Australia and New Zealand
