Xplore Resources is expanding and we're looking for experiencedProject Engineersto join our growing team across multiple mining and resource projects throughoutQueensland, Recent South Wales and the Northern Territory.
This is an opportunity to work across a diverse portfolio of mining operations, supporting exploration, production, infrastructure and operational improvement projects for some of Australia's leading resource companies.
You'll work alongside highly experienced technical professionals in a business that values safety, practical solutions and strong client relationships.

As a Project Engineer, you'll be responsible for planning, coordinating and delivering mining projects safely, on time and within budget.
You'll work closely with clients, site personnel and multidisciplinary teams to ensure successful project outcomes across a range of operational environments.
Key responsibilities include:
Managing project delivery from planning through to completion.
Coordinating contractors, consultants and site teams.




Monitoring project schedules, budgets and deliverables.
Preparing scopes of work, reports and technical documentation.
Ensuring compliance with WHS legislation, site procedures and client standards.
Identifying project risks and implementing practical solutions.
Building strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
Supporting continuous improvement initiatives across projects.
You'll be a motivated professional with experience delivering projects within the mining industry.
Ideally you'll have:
Degree qualification in Engineering or a related discipline.
Experience working within mining, resources or heavy industry.
Strong project planning and coordination skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Experience managing contractors and multidisciplinary teams.
Strong commercial awareness and problem-solving skills.
Commitment to safety and continuous improvement.
Ability to travel and work across multiple mine sites as required.
