We are currently seeking a Transport Operations Assistant to support the day-to-day running of our Mudgee depot.
This is a hands on, full-time position with an immediate start available.
Training will be provided.
Qualifications & experience
Previous administration experience preferred (transport or logistics an advantage)
Well organized, accurate, and reliable
Confident using computers, operating a number of systems and programs
Ability to work in a fast-paced setting
Tasks & responsibilities
Supporting daily depot and operational administration
Data Entry, manifesting and reporting
Processing documents and managing electronic document storage
Liaising with drivers, customers, and head office
Providing parcel collect customer service
