Concordia Lutheran College Kindergarten invites a passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Teacher to join our warm and welcoming Kindergarten community.
Nestled within Concordia Lutheran College in Toowoomba, our Service offers a nurturing, play-based, and nature-rich environment where curiosity, confidence, and connection flourish every day—supported by the rich resources and academic strength of a college setting.
The Opportunity
We are excited to offer a full-time Early Childhood Teacher position on a fixed-term, 6-month contract.
This role runs Monday to Friday,within a Service that operates 7:30 am to 5:30 pm, for 50 weeks a year.
About You
Bachelor of Early Childhood Education or equivalent ACECQA-approved qualification
Current Working with Children Check/Blue Card
First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certificates up to date
Strong understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework, National Quality Framework,



and Queensland Kindergarten Learning Guidelines
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
A warm, skilled, and enthusiastic approach to nurturing children, engaging families, and collaborating with colleagues
Genuine passion and curiosity for fostering learning and growth within a Kindergarten setting
