Due to the increasing fee base, the firm is seeking a Director / Partner level person to further assist in the management and development of the practice.
THE ROLE
As a director of the firm, you will work in a business services tax division with 5 other partners.
You will be charged with maintaining and growing an existing portfolio of fees across all industry sectors.
Your clients will range from small SMEs up to listed entities.
Your position responsibilities will include the following:
Management of an existing portfolio of business clients up to $1 million in fees.
Delivery of all compliance needs across a wide range of industries.
Tax research and advice.
Specialist advisory work including transactions.
Joint management and development of a pooled team of professional staff.




Further development and growth of clients through cross-selling the firm's other services (not financial planning).
THE CANDIDATE
Being an experienced practitioner, you will have already spent a number of years in other reputable firms.
Your skills set will include the ability to fully manage clients and develop qualified staff.
Your growth orientated mindset will ensure that the firm remains up-to-date and relevant to its clients and staff.
