Inthis role, you'll:
Lead &Inspire; – Take charge of a dynamic team, guiding themtowards success with your expertise and passion.
Mentor& Develop – Train and support new and existingcoaches, fostering a positive and professional coachingenvironment.
Growthe Program – Design, deliver, and promote engaginggymnastics programs that boost participation and keep athletescoming back.
DriveSuccess – Play a key role in marketing, promotions,and membership growth while ensuring the financial success ofthe program.
Weare looking for someone with a strong coachingbackground (minimum Intermediate Coaching accreditation)who is eager to take their next career step in a leadershipposition.
